How We Ship

Domestic

All shipments made within the United States are shipped through the USPS by one the following services, shown with their estimated delivery times:

  • First-Class Mail Parcel (standard) - 2-7 business days
  • Priority Mail (optional) - 1-3 business days
  • Priority Mail Express (optional) - 1-2 business days

Except for Priority Mail Express, estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. However, most deliveries are made within the estimated delivery time.

International

Shipments to international addresses are shipped through the USPS by one of the following services, shown with their estimated delivery times:

  • First-Class Package International (standard) - 1-3 weeks
  • Priority Mail International (optional) - 6-14 business days
  • Priority Mail Express International (optional) - 3-6 business days

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery is made by the receiving country’s postal service. The actual number of days may vary due to custom delays and the amount of time it takes the package to move through the receiving country’s postal service.

The addressee of the international shipment is wholly responsible for payment of all taxes, duties, or custom fees that may be charged by their local governments.

When We Ship

With few exceptions, orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after they have been received. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday – Friday excluding holidays). Orders received on Friday, weekends and holidays are usually shipped on the next business day

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a ‘Shipping Notification’ confirming shipment of your order. This email contains a tracking number and a link to the USPS you can use to easily track your order.

If you created a user account on our Site, you can also track your order from there.  Simply login to your account, click on ‘My Orders’, click on the order you want to track, then click on ‘Track Order’.

Shipping & Handling Charge

When ordering through our secure, online shopping system, the appropriate shipping and handling charge will be automatically added to your cart before the last stage of the check-out process.  This charge is a non-refundable charge.
