The items offered for sale on this website – JG2.com -- are personal use items which, once sold, cannot be restocked or resold. This is reflected in our policy on returns, exchanges, replacements and refunds. It is important that you read this policy, in its entirety, before ordering from this website.
The men’s underwear item you purchase from us through this Website, or purchase by phone or mail order, can be returned to us if:
- the underwear is defective.
- if we inadvertently sent you the wrong merchandise (i.e., the wrong style, size, or color)
- this was your first time purchasing that specific style of our underwear and you purchased only one pair.
All returns must first be approved by us. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 310-832-0330 to obtain Merchandise Return Authorization (RMA). If approved, you will be issued a RMA number authorizing your return of the item. Please note that the item being returned must be received by us within 10 (ten) days of its delivery date.
We will pay the return shipping cost if the item being returned is defective, is not the style of underwear you ordered, the size you ordered, or the color you ordered. A prepaid return shipping label will be sent to you – via email – after you have been issued a RMA number. However, you are responsible for the return shipping cost of items being returned for exchange, refund, or for any other reason.
Send your return item in its original packaging, along with a copy of the original packing list with the RMA number clearly written on it, to the following address:

The RMA number issued to you is linked to the delivery date of the merchandise being returned. It expires 10 (ten) days after the date the item being returned was delivered to you. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any item returned after the RMA has expired.
No action will be taken on an unauthorized return. (Any item returned without first obtaining a RMA is an unauthorized return). It will not be processed, nor will it be returned to you. To avoid this, please obtain a RMA number before making a return.
If the underwear you purchased from us turns out to be the wrong size for you, it can be returned and exchanged for a different size. This is a one-time exchange that only applies to your first-time purchase of one pair of any underwear style. No other exchanges are allowed.
Or, if you prefer, the item can be returned for a refund. However, if an exchange item has been shipped to you it cannot later be returned for a refund.
We make every effort to ensure that every order is accurately process and shipped, and that no defective merchandise is ever shipped to a customer. However, if we inadvertently send you the wrong or damaged item, please notify us immediately. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
All you need to do is follow the instructions, and timeline, outlined in “Returns”. And within 48 hours after we receive and process the returned item, its replacement will be on its way back to you.
All refunds are processed within 48 hours of our receiving your returned merchandise. The amount of the refund will equal he purchase price of the returned merchandise. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will not be included in any refund.
If payment was made by credit/debit card, a credit for the purchase amount of the returned item(s) will be issued to your credit card.
If payment was made by PayPal, a refund for the purchase amount of the returned item(s) will be issued to your PayPal account.
If payment was made by money order or cashier’s check, a refund check for the purchase amount of the returned items will be sent to you by first-class mail.
