E-Mail Orders
Never place an order with us by email. It is an unsecured and highly risky way to order from any online store. We are not responsible for the security of personal and credit card information contained in any order that is submitted to us by email.

Online Orders
We highly recommend that you use our secure, online order system to place your order with us. It is equipped with industry standard, 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption that provides added security for your personal and credit card information as it travels from your PC to our server. It is the easiest, most secure way to order. Please note that the charge on your credit card statement will be from: Quinobe LLC.

Mail Orders
The quickest, easiest way to place a mail order is through our secure, online order system. Simply select the items you wish to order and proceed to check-out. When you get to the “Method of Payment” screen, select "Check/Money Order" as your method of payment. Then continue with the check-out process. After you have confirmed and submitted your order, click on the “Printable Order” button to print a copy of your order. The final step is to mail a copy of your printed order -- along with a cashiers check or money order for the total order amount – to us at the address should on your order. This will allow us to prepare and hold your order until payment arrives. It also ensures that the items you order -- in the size, color(s) and quantity you want -- will not be out-of-stock when your payment arrives. Be sure to make your check/money order payable to: Quinobe LLC. Please note that we do not accept personal checks.

Phone Orders
If you are not comfortable ordering online, we do accept phone orders. Just dial (877) 632-0800. When you do, be prepared to give us the product number, product name, size, color(s) and quantity of each item you will be ordering.

Your First Order
On your first order, or when ordering any item for the very first time, we highly recommend that you order your selected item(s) in a single pack. Determine if the item(s) have the fit, the feel, and the comfort you want before ordering it in a 2-Pak or a 3-Pak. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for additional information.

Garment Sizes
Use the chart below to determine the garment size that is best for you. If you are not sure of your size, measure around your waist at the position you normally wear your underpants. Keep in mind that our garments are cut for a snug – but not too tight – fit. If your measurement falls between the sizes shown on the chart, we recommend that you choose the next size up.
