The measurements shown in our size chart and the images of the model wearing our garments are intended as an aid to assist you with your selection. However, should you find it necessary to return the merchandise you purchased from us, your return is subject to the following:
Return Authorization (RA) Number
Before returning merchandise for replacement, exchange or refund, you must first obtain a RA number. No item may be returned without a RA number. You can click here to email us your request for a RA number or you can call us at (877) 632-0800. Once you have been issued a RA number, the return merchandise must be received within 10 days of its delivery date. Merchandise returned without a RA number and returned merchandise received after 10 days of its delivery date will be returned to the sender. All return merchandise packages must have the RA# clearly written on the outside of the package and sent to:

Replacements
In the unlikely event defective merchandise slips through our inspection process and gets shipped to you, you may return that merchandise for a prompt replacement or refund. This applies to defective merchandise purchased in a Single-Pak, 2-Pak, or 3-Pak. The defective merchandise you return must be accompanied by the original packing slip with your RA# written clearly on it and we must receive the returned merchandise within 10 days of its delivery date. Your replacement merchandise will be shipped the next business day after we receive your returned merchandise package.
Exchanges
Any item purchased from us in a Single-Pak (one item per pack) can be returned and exchanged for the exact same item in a different size. However, this exchange applies only to your initial purchase of any of the item we offer. It does not apply to the purchase of multiple Single-Paks of the same item in the same size, to 2-Paks, or to 3-Paks. Once an exchange has been made, the exchanged item cannot then be returned later for a refund. Items returned for exchange must be accompanied by the original packing slip with the RA# written clearly on it and a money order for $5.95 to cover shipping and handling.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed on the day we receive your returned merchandise package. The amount of the refund will equal the total amount of the returned merchandise plus the amount you paid to return it. If payment was made by credit card, a credit for the amount of your refund will be issued to your account and should appear on your next statement. If payment was by check or money order, a refund check will be sent to you by first-class mail.
Credit Card Charges
Payment for your JG2 Online Catalog purchase will be charged to your credit card on the day your order is shipped. This payment will appear on your credit card statement as "Quinobe LLC".
